OT: What antivirus to use

I am looking for a server license for my outbound email server , running
MailScanner
Most commercial antivirus vendors have a per user license. I dont have
fixed number of users .. this is just a outbound relay server

I already use clam , but I need to use one more AV to prevent zero hour
attacks

What do most people use ?
