Yes, that server, aka mailscanner.info, jules.mailscanner.info,
www.mailscanner.tv, www.mailscanner.eu, mailscanner.eu is not responding
to port 80 connects, although it does respond to pings.

This is a serious issue for MailScanner. Does anyone know if anything is
being done to fix this?

They all seem to be working and responding for me (from the Midwest, US).

www.mailscanner.tv, www.mailscanner.eu, mailscanner.eu is not responding

Yes, the server seems to be working now. There are still some missing
files for ScamNailer and bad phishing sites, but hopefully that will
resolve soon.
